As we approach the end of yet another year I find myself saying what my Grandfather used to say.....

"Where did the year go?" and "As I get older the years seem to shoot past faster and faster" :-)

Karen and I try and get away towards the end of the year as we enjoy the winter sun and it gives time for us to relax, wind down and then come back refreshed for the New Year.

After about 4 or 5 days on holiday I seem to relax completely then the 'idea part' of my brain goes into overdrive and I start scribbling notes in my book for the business.

Make sure you take time out to relax, regroup and come back ready for the exciting New Year we have ahead of us.
